3D ADVENTURE GOLF

I was given the task of producing 3D plans using
supplied blueprints of a site being constructed
for an themed adventure golf course.

The plans accurately represented the layout of
the course including authentically themed props.

I also produced an animated walk-though of the
course
Following are some of the screen-shots for the
props and holes used in the course. This was a
commercial project used for both construction
visualisation and promotional purposes

3D FLOOR-PLANS

I measured properties and produced 2d
floor-plans.

I then modelled and produced 3D floor-plans for
estate agents and developers, based on my 2D
floor-plans.
These were then used for visualising the
environment and to give prospective buyers/
developers a visual representation of the space
and to give ideas of how the space could be used
effectively.

I also produced an animated version of the 3d
floor-plan in order to further enhance
visualisation, which can be seen via the
Animation link above.

3D Development SITE

The plans accurately represented the planned
construction

I also produced an animated view of the proposal

This was a commercial project used for

attended Escape Studios in 2008, specialising in 3d design.

I predominantly specialise in 3D design, working for clients from various industries including construction managers, developers, designers and estate agencies.
