2D and 3D
FLOOR-PLANS
I produce 2d floor-plans for properties being
sold.
I also model and produce 3D floor-plans for
estate agents and developers, based on my 2D
floor-plans.
These are then used for visualising the
environment and to give prospective buyers/
developers a visual representation of the space
and to give ideas of how the space could be used
effectively.
I also produced an animated version of the 3d
floor-plan in order to further enhance
visualisation, which can be seen via the
Animation link above.

I was given the task of producing 3D plans using
supplied blueprints for a proposed travellers site
The plans accurately represented the planned
construction

Included here is my commercial work and personal portfolio of 3D, digital art and illustration.
I studied at Kingston college of Art and Design and also attended Escape Studios, specialising in 3d design. I am currently working towards a BA (hons) degree in
Design and Innovation in my spare time, whilst working in property part time and continuing with freelance design work.
I predominantly specialise in 3D design, working for clients from various industries including construction managers, developers, designers and estate agencies.
My work examples below include live/comercial projects produced for visualisation, sales and promotional purposes.

for an themed adventure golf course.
The plans accurately represented the layout of
the course including authentically themed props.
I also produced an animated walk-though of the
course
